Mrs. Ip is the Chairman of the Company and is responsible for advising on its overall management, strategic development and supervision. Mrs. Ip has decades of experience in the financial printing industry. In 1987, she founded a financial printing firm and was later appointed as the first chairlady of a listed company whose main scope of business was financial printing. Relying on over two decades of extensive experience, Mrs. Ip draws on a vast pool of experience and expertise to handle financial printing issues for over 800 listed companies, which is the best assurance of consistent high-quality services.

Ms. Chan is the CEO and Managing Partner of GenNex Financial Media Limited. She had previously worked as major positions in the areas of management and business development in a financial printing company, where she had devoted valuable contribution to the listing on the Main Board of that company.

Adhering to her motto of “People First”, Ms Chan always listens true heartedly, regardless of clients or employees. She will listen carefully so as to understand clients’ needs and requirements. She believes “Listening, Delivering” is the key to business success, which enables her to maintain friendly relationship with, and even become a long-term partner of, clients from various industries, including those from investment banks, legal firms, listed companies in Hong Kong and overseas and non-profit organizations. Ms Chan strives to pursue innovation. Under her leadership, the design team of GenNex has been able to drastically change the conventional design of annual reports by adding new, dynamic elements, unique designs and content typesetting, which creates eye-catching products to allow stakeholders to easily understanding the development and value of a company. Meanwhile, Ms Chan and her design team have achieved an award winning performance in different international annual report design competitions over the years. They had won numerous awards in the “Oscar”, i.e., the ARC International Awards Ceremony in 2017, which included “GRAND AWARD- BEST OF COVER DESIGN (UNIQUE PRESENTATION)”, “2017 BEST OF HONG KONG”, “2017 BEST OF SHOW”, “2017 PLATINUM ACHIEVEMENT AWARD”, enabling GenNex to become an internationally renowned financial media.

Ms Chan cares for public welfare, social condition and development of new generation by holding public offices. She is currently the standing director of Shatin District Community Fund, and the member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, Women Executives Club and Young Executives Club. She also promotes green office so as to make contribution to environmental protection.

GenNex co-founder Mr. Jimmy Lam also serves as Chief Operation Officer and Executive Director of the company. Heading the Account Servicing and Production Teams, he oversees front desk account servicing operations as well all back-end production matters. His more than 20 years’ experience in the financial printing industry has successfully helped countless top-level companies in Hong Kong by providing comprehensive financial printing solutions. He is committed to satisfying client needs by delivering world-class services and expert technical support throughout the entire printing process. Prior to establishing GenNex, Mr. Lam served as the company’s head of production and was also a founding member of another well-established Hong Kong financial printing firm. Mr. Lam’s many invaluable contributions have led to the successful listing of this company on the HKEx.
